Unfortunately, I haven’t always been good at dealing with stress. Whenever something is going wrong in my life I tend to become anxious, tense, and irritable. However, I’ve recently learned about the health problems that are associated with extreme stress. For instance, sometimes people develop high blood pressure, heart disease, and anxiety disorders due to too much stress in their lives. Because of the devastating effects of this issue, I want to learn how to better cope with the negative situations that arise in my life.
